Putu Ayu Praktis
Resep dari: Dapur Bunda


Bahan :

  • 2 butir telur
  • 75 gr gula pasir
  • 125 tepung terigu
  • 1 sdt emulsifier
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt vanili bubuk
  • 100 cc santan cair direbus dulu sampai mendidih
  • kelapa muda parut kasih garam sedikit, lalu dikukus
  • 1 sdm pasta pandan
  • 1 sdt pewarna hijau


Cara membuat :

  • Telur, gula pasir, garam, emulsifier dan vanili dikocok sampai putih/mengembang,
  • Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata
  • Masukkan santan cair, pewarna hijau dan pasta pandan, aduk sampai rata benar.
  • Ambil cetakan putu ayu taruh kelapa kukus, sambil ditekan padat
  • Tuang 1 sdm penuh adonan, lalu kukus +/- 10 – 15 menit
  • Angkat, sajikan hangat.
